Deciding that you need therapy can be a difficult step, but a life changing step. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Buffalo Area. I provide a non-judgmental and safe environment to help you accomplish your goals. My mission is to help clients navigate the struggles and challenges of life while reminding them to celebrate their strengths and successes.
I have experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depressions, trauma, grief, addiction, mood disorders, psychosis, OCD, and difficulty adjusting to life stressors. My therapy approach is compassionate and collaborative, providing a supportive environment to identify and challenge the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck.
By working together, we can create an individualized plan that works for you and helps promote the change you want to see in your life.  I believe that while all individuals possess the ability to be healthy and happy, sometimes life events, obstacles or unhealthy patterns cause us to lose confidence in our ability to achieve our goals. The right support can elevate hope and get us back on track. I do have a therapy dog as well that can be used in sessions and be of great benefit for some clients. Please let me know if this is something you are interested in an we can discuss this further.

Are you ready to break “generational curses”? Are you ready to take charge of your life? I know far too well how society and family norms has conditioned us to believe that talking to someone about our interpersonal issues is considered taboo. I also know that keeping everything to ourselves can become lonely and further prevents us from exploring the path towards the healing that we seek. This thing called life is tough! So, let’s talk about it.
I started my professional journey as a counselor in 2021. Prior to that I have found myself working in the helping professions field in one way or another. My calling has always been focused on finding a way to give back to my community. I have experience in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, bipolar disorder, low self-esteem, PTSD, grief, adjustment, and life transitions. It is my belief that you are the expert in knowing where you want your life to go. I can guide you towards your ideal self by providing you with the tools you need to get there.  Learn more by visiting:
